Please configure SWiG for all projects #150

Hi,

SWiG is configured ony for the Sharing project to generate csharp files for P/INVOKE.
It will be nice to configure it to all projects so that the HoloToolkit can be used directly with SharpDX.

I tried doing this but could not understand how to do it.
