Failure during omopCDMPostgres deployment

Hello,

I saw the new release and just tried to deploy. However, I am encountering the same error that I received on the previous version.

I edited the deployment script in the previous version and was able to create most of the resources, with the exception of the CDM and test dataset. However, I am not sure if my changes made the difference or if it was due to random variation in the timing of resource deployment.
