Open interactive window，loading all the time after entering enter in the Anaconda environment. #7983

Describe the bug

Steps to Reproduce

Install Anaconda (downloads at https://www.anaconda.com/download/).
Create a Python Application and view all Python Environments.
Select the Anaconda environment and open the interactive window.
Type Enter or enter some code.

Expected behavior

Executed successfully.

Additional context and screenshots

It keeps loading after pressing Enter.
