Steps to reproduce

Test Environment:
OS: Windows 10 Version Dev
App version: 0.41.3
App name: PowerToys
Screen Reader: Narrator
Tool: Accessibility Insight for Windows

Pre-requisite:

  1. Navigate to Settings>Accessibility>Mouse
  2. Then Toggle on Control your mouse with keyboard

Repro Steps:

  1. Launch 'PowerToys' application.
  2. Open Narrator and Turn on Narrator.
  3. In In Color Picker tab, Open Color using shortcut key.
  4. And Move Through using Numeric Key and observe the Screen Reader announcement.

User Impact: -> Priority 1
Screen Reader user are impacted here as screen reader remain silent while moving color picker.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Screen Reader should announce color values which display on color picker window when user navigate with 'color picker'.
