Description of the new feature / enhancement

The PowerToys Run appearance is outdated and we need some cool visuals like we have in Windows Search and also change the icons for file options such as Run as adminstrator, Open file location.... and give it new icons that are filled with color.

Scenario when this would be used?

Give PowerToys Run a pretty look.

I think the PowerToys run icons get a pretty similar one with Windows 11. See screenshot below:

If you got a better idea, it will be nice if you could post a sketch of your idea.

The team is currently working on a better UX for PowerRename and for PowerToys run

Visual language wise, we're pretty close. Can we be a bit more targeted on feedback here @qasimsk2012?
