Description of the new feature / enhancement

There have been reports of users expecting Find My Mouse to go away when left control is pressed again.

Scenario when this would be used?

After activating Find My Mouse, make it go away by pressing left control again, as expected by some users.

Currently every key except for Left Control dismisses FindMyMouse.
This one is about letting Left Control dismiss FindMyMouse as any other key currently.
#14029 is different.
