Steps to reproduce

small edges of pt run dialog window make the window draggable and the user can can accidentally drag the window by non-obvious drag sources which can lead to a confusing UX.

Not sure if this is an 'issue', but I can drag this window and I don't know if I should be able to, and also, the newly dragged position is not remembered, and I don't know if it is supposed to. Please feel free to close if this is a non-issue.

It might be useful to have some options to allow the drag for the window, or remember last drag position, or to allow for some highlighting or visual indicators of draggable sources.
