Quick Accent triggers Keyboard Manager Malfunction

Steps to reproduce

1. Configure Keyboard Manager Shortcuts (Alt+[ to Win Left, Alt+] to Win Right)
2. Enable Quick Accent (default is disabled, when enabling leave the setting as default)
3. Confirm the Keyboard Manager Shortcuts works as expected (for the above setting, this trigger Windows alignment to left/right)
4. Press A + Space bar (at the same time) to trigger the Quick Accent feature with character a with multiple accent options (select any character)
5. Now, try to use the Keyboard Manager Shortcuts (Alt+[ or Alt+]), and you should confirm it is no longer working.
   Only after rebooting the computer, the shortcuts works as expected, but again, if you trigger the Quick Accent, the error occurs.

Note 1: With previous version v0.61.1, Keyboard Manager Shortcuts works without issue. (Because Quick Accent does not exist).
Note 2: Somehow, I don't know exactly so I can not report details, but after the error reported above occurs, the " Bug Report" menu call displays the "Bug report.zip file has been created on your Desktop" dialog is show, but NO ZIP file is created.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Both features work as expected.
Keyboard Manager Shortcuts working as configured (in the bug report case, the Windows alignment to left/right)
Quick Accent working as designed

❌ Actual Behavior

Keyboard Manager Shortcuts no longer working just like before Quick Accent is called.

I've been able to replicate this. Indeed, QuickAccent seems to make Keyboard Manager stop working.
