Description of the new feature / enhancement

Snapping function when moving and resizing windows

Scenario when this would be used?

When I want to use the desktop more efficiently, I need to place the windows so that they do not overlap each other.

@Gohikan, do you want windows that magnet edges or snap? If Display fusion does what you want, why not use that?

Snapping to zones, FancyZones with a grid layout would be the way to do it.
