Steps to reproduce

Set Windows to Hebrew (and maybe any other RtL language), so the taskbar directions are flipped and the notification area is now on the left,
now click PowerToys' system tray icon to get the new quick access panel.

✔️ Expected Behavior

The panel should pop in the left side of the screen where the quick settings and notifications panels are showing. there is probably a way to make this relative to the taskbar and not relative to the screen...

❌ Actual Behavior

The panel pops in the other corner of the screen.

We plan to release a hotfix with this early this week.
