Description of the new feature / enhancement

selection in menu to assign default type of measure in ruler

Scenario when this would be used?

Someone who makes many measures can set it to cross or rectangle and won't need to click on it everytime

Just installed Powertoys and noticed this right away, select a default method so I don't have to click it each time.
