Image Resizer, PowerRename

Steps to reproduce

  • when:
    • upgrade to Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 23481.1000
    • upgrade to PowerToys v0.70.1
  • the options of Image Resizer & PowerRename no longer exists in the windows 11 right-click menu
  • however, the options of other applications still exist, e.g. Acrobat or Windows Terminal or OneDrive

Yes. I have tried several times, but the result remains.
Btw, I also tried enable/disable the new header UI for File Explorer rolled out from build 32475(using vivetool v0.3.3), which changed nothing

Dev Build 23493, PowerToys v0.71.0, enable the new header UI for File Explorer (using vivetool gui v1.6.2), problem disappeared.
