Description of the new feature / enhancement

It would be nice to add option to paste in UPPER/lower case

Scenario when this would be used?

many times I am pasting text into notepad++ then converting to UPPER/lower case for some type of documentation, adding these two as optional options to see on right-click menu would be helpful

Supporting information

The masses will agree with me if they have to do it more than once an hour
(not sure I know what I should add here)

I know I have looked for tools and not found any
there was a key combo I heard about but I can't ever remember it
