Windows are not opened on the external monitor after waking up laptop from sleep

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect laptop to an external monitor (I have Ultra wide monitor 5120x1440)
2. Organise windows to the external monitor as per fancyZone
3. Work for a few mins or hours
4. Put laptop to sleep or hibernate
5. Next day - open laptop (connection not removed from the external monitor)
6. Windows are opened on the laptop screen.

✔️ Expected Behavior

All windows go back to the previous state prior to the laptop goes to sleep (at least that's what Apple Mac's behaviour). I am using Windows 10 - dislike Mac

❌ Actual Behavior

Windows are opened on the laptop screen. Have to rearrange windows again.

More log file, after resuming the laptop, 1 of my windows was opened on the external monitor but 2 were on my laptop. They were all on the ext monitor prior closing the laptop lid (sleep)

And another from this morning. Same pattern, 1 window opened on the external screen, 2 on the laptop. Hope the log shows some more info from different day and time. Btw, my OS is windows 10 if I hadn't mentioned. I have another laptop on Win11, which has the feature of maintaining windows position on an ext monitor and works just like MacBooks...
