Description of the new feature / enhancement
Allow users to color code folders, much like Mac users can already do with their tags system.
How it could work:
Add a context menu option, maybe called "FolderColor" or "ColorMe" with a submenu dropdown of various custom colors.
Once selected, the folder's standard "folder yellow" would then be altered by applying the color over the yellow folder, similar to the "Color" filter blending mode in photoshop.
Scenario when this would be used?
Helpful for quickly navigating menu systems by color coding. We see colors faster than anything else, so it can be a convenient and efficient way to organize folders.
