Please fill an issue in the everything plugin repository. The plugin is a third-party plugin and we can't help with this.

But I can imagine that you need to install everything application.

Found a solution for Everything.dll x64 bug

Go in this link: https://github.com/lin-ycv/EverythingPowerToys/releases/tag/v0.80.0 (OG plugin on Github)

Re-install it and restart the app, woalah, everything back to normal
