Suggested new powertoys:

xkeynav (control the mouse with the keyboard, even on apps and in scenarios where no accessibility planned - or even obsecure)

xkill - point and click kill window

xkeynavkill - combination of the above but kills the process under the mouse

@sitepod, for xkeynav, i think this is already built into windows, you just need to enable it. In "ease of access". I'm going to create a new item for xkill/xkeynavkill.
