Steps to reproduce

Start PowerToys, Awake icon doesn't appear, or sometimes will appear but not respond.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Icon in tray, able to click/right click to select operating mode.

❌ Actual Behavior

No icon in tray, or doesn't respond.
