Steps to reproduce

Right-click on a folder to bring up the context menu.

✔️ Expected Behavior

To create a new item within a folder, I right-click on the folder to bring up the context menu. From there, I should be able to click on the "New+" option.

❌ Actual Behavior

I have been using the "New+" utility since October 2024. Until recently, it worked without any issues. However, over the last few weeks or so, whenever I try to create a new item within a folder, "New+" no longer appears as an option in the context menu when I right-click on the folder. I have tried restarting my computer, disabling and re-enabling "New+" from withing PowerToys, and uninstalling and reinstalling PowerToys, in each case, without success in resolving the issue.
