PowerToys Run: scrolling problems with a trackpad

📝 Provide detailed reproduction steps (if any)

1. Open PowerToys Run by pressing alt + space
2. Type something that show enough results
3. Use the trackpad to scroll in the results list

✔️ Expected result

I should be able to scroll in the results just like I can scroll in any scrollable view of the OS.

❌ Actual result

It scrolls way too fast, scrolling just a little (like a few pixels in Chrome) will cause PowerToys Run to scroll full pages so using the trackpad to scroll is simply not possible at all.

As you can see it goes way too fast and makes using the trackpad to scroll impossible.
