📝 Provide a description of the new feature

I am on a 43" 4k monitor with Windows scaled to 150%. The Video Conference toolbar is quite small - see attachment. It might be nice if this was scalable.

I tested and it seems to not change size as you change scaling in Windows. I think it should at least follow scaling set in Windows, if not scalable separately.
