Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

  • VS Code Version:1.86.2
  • OS Version: ubuntu 23.10/Web Editor

    It seems the error will happen if the length of template list is longer than 1 and let var const with operator= is on the left.
    I'm sorry with my poor English.

Minimal example as text:

let m = new Map<number, number>;

Move here as the TM scoping is wrong. In this case, meta.type.parameters.ts is not added for <...>
