Typescript Bot is on the fritz.
Every 3 days, regardless of the task being open or closed, if I make new comments or not, it keeps saying the issue is classed as duplicate.. EVERY 3 DAYS!!!!

It's because we tried to swap the bot to the new Triage permission tier. Yesterday I swapped it back to what it was before (so it should be "fixed"), but since Triage in theory should be enough (to close issues), I imagine we'll try swapping it back again in the future after we get in contact with the authors of the tool that manage that aspect of the bot to see what's up.
