Missing 4.2.4 git tag

Hi folks - it looks like typescript v4.2.4 has been released to npm but it does not currently appear as a tag in the repository.

v4.2.4 tag is not present in the git repository

The tag should be present to help review changes prior to upgrades and/or during tracing of release-related issues.
