WSL2 Internet Connectivity Issue on system sleep

Environment

Windows build number: Windows NT 10.0.20206.0
Your Distribution version: Ubuntu 18.04
Whether the issue is on WSL 2 and/or WSL 1:  WSL 2

Steps to reproduce

1. Run WSL2
2. Check internet connectivity, It works
3. Turn system to sleep mode.
4. Trouble Internet connectivity inside WSL 2.

WSL logs:

ssh: Could not resolve hostname github.com: Temporary failure in name resolution

Expected behavior

github.com 1.1.1.1(Random Host IP).

Actual behavior

ping: github.com: Temporary failure in name resolution
