WSL not installing Linux distro and giving error code > 0x80070003

I tried setting up WSL Environment on my Windows 10 Pro (Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19044.1889])
Followed every step mentioned in the below articles.

And even after installing a Linux distro I get the following message displayed.
And it is happening for every distro and any version.

AppData\Local\Packages>wsl --list
Windows Subsystem for Linux has no installed distributions.
Distributions can be installed by visiting the Microsoft Store:
https://aka.ms/wslstore

Repro Steps

Expected Behavior

Expected behaviour should after installing it should ask the setting up of new User and Password on Linux terminal.
But it is not happening.

Actual Behavior

Installing, this may take a few minutes...
WslRegisterDistribution failed with error: 0x80070003
Error: 0x80070003 The system cannot find the path specified.
