Rare visual glitches

Sometimes windows becomes fully empty, attempting to type text changes nothing. Still, commands seem to execute, if I type them blindly.

Not really sure how to reproduce that. VS restart helps.

I'm seeing the exact same issue. Have encountered this problem regularly for many months.

Can confirm that commands properly execute, the issue seems to be just visual.

I'm not sure what causes this but it does happen quite frequently in VS2017 and VS2019 also. The following workarounds did not work:

• Closing the terminal tab and re-opening it
• Typing exit
• Killing the winpty-agent process

The only fix i've found is to restart VS.

I have a similar problem on VS 2019, but it occurs whenever I try to use Whack Whack Terminal.
Everything looks fine when I open WWT, but as soon as I enter anything, all of the output is invisible. I can still see anything I enter, but all normal output text is blank. Errors still show as red text.
