This discussion: #428 (reply in thread) gave me the idea to add PSF into Project Reunion.
I think that PSF would be a fantastic addition to ProjectReunion because it expands Project Reunion's idea of unifying and evolving the Windows developer platform. PSF in Project Reunion would be able to add developers and maintainers of old applications where the code can't be re-written or changed. It would also allow more developers to use the MSIX package.
