GlobalSuppression.cs marked as binary file

For whatever reason in the repo, the C# file for src/BehaviorsSDKManaged/Microsoft.Xaml.Interactions.Shared/GlobalSuppressions.cs is marked as binary?

I can't see the diff locally:

Nor in a PR:

Though you can view the plaintext file just fine:

I'm not sure what caused this, probably encoding? I think it's not UTF-8 like the other files, after #282 maybe can try a PR with changing the encoding...?
