We launched Auth in early preview on May 7, and will spend the rest of the month working on issues and improvements based on customer feedback.

  • Give developers easier access to the Azure AD B2C resources from the Auth setup wizard when selecting tenant, app, scope and policy settings.
    • Ensure that developers can easily create Azure AD B2C tenants, applications, scopes, policies from the App Center UI.
  • Add documentation links to Auth and Data UI page.
    • The goal is to make our documentation and getting started pages more discoverable to help users complete the setup.
  • Refresh AAD token automatically so developers only have to sign in to App Center Auth and Data once
  • Different UI states based on user's Azure permissions for MBaaS
    • Only developers with the right admin permissions in Azure can access the resources for Azure AD B2C. For developers who do not have the right permissions, ensure that we have friendly error states that give developers actionable next steps to obtain the right permissions.
  • Improve Auth empty states
    • We are making the empty states (i.e. when you have no Azure AD B2C tenant, application etc) more user-friendly with actionable next steps.
  • Enable users to disconnect B2C tenant and open the B2C tenant in Azure on the Auth "Getting Started" page.
  • Automatically refresh the page when the user has integrated the SDK from "Getting Started with Auth" page to the "Auth Overview" page
  • Update to the correct link in step 2 of Auth wizard
