What App Center service does this affect?
AppCenter Distribution

Describe the bug
There is an issue with AppCenter sending out an email with the distributed app. We have two versions of our project, an Android version and an iOS version. When distributing through the Android project everything works as expected, however when distributing through the iOS project everything looks like it works, but when we click the "Distribute" button at the end of the process no one is receiving the email. This is weird because we have released many versions from both iOS and Android, the last build we sent out was on 06/13/2019 and everything worked as expected, and then when we went to distribute the next version today, 06/17/2019 the iOS project distribute email is not being received by anyone even though it is the same people and email addresses as the Android project.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go into the iOS version of our app.
  2. Click on "Distribute" on the left hand panel, then click the "New Release" button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Upload an .ipa package then click "Next".
  4. Type in comments about the new version and click "Next".
  5. Select all collaborators to receive the new distributed version and click "Next".
  6. Click "Next" again as all devices are provisioned.
  7. Click the "Distribute" button to finish the process.
  8. The email is never received.

Expected behavior
The expected behavior is that all collaborators will receive an email with the link to download the latest released version of the app. The strange thing is that everything works fine for the Android version and all collaborators receive the email, but for the iOS version no one receives the email.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10 Pro
  • Browser: Google Chrome

Additional context
This was just working last week on 06/13/2019, and the next time we went to release a new version, today, 06/17/2019 it is no longer working for our iOS project. This is for our project AirEverywhere-iOS and is in regards to the latest release, #22, version 1.5 (1617). We have tried to distribute it 3 separate times and still the email is never sent out or received.

Not sure if anything was changed on the backend, but I just tried again this morning, 06/18/2019 and the email was sent out successfully and received by everyone on our team. This issue can now be closed.
