Hi, it is not possible to associate a pre-approved (standard) rfc with a specific servicenow CI (application). This effectively makes integration in terms of pre-approved rfc in ITIL v4 unusable and would not allow us to maintain the current ISO20000 certification. Is it possible to include this selection field or allow us to make this change as contributors to the project ?
