Is your issue related to a Jumpstart scenario, ArcBox, HCIBox, or Agora?

Describe the issue or the bug

Several times I have gotten the following error message during Agora/Contoso Supermarked infrastructure deployment when the automation is running the Arc-enabling step for the AKS Edge Essentials clusters:

Logging into the affected host VM and trying to re-run Connect-AksEdgeArc manually works, but this breaks parts of the remaining automation as does not provide the user with a fully functional environment.

To Reproduce
Deploy Jumpstart Agora multiple times, typically one out of five deployments had this issue in my experience.

Expected behavior

The deployment should succeed without this registration issue.
