Procedures - Script as Alter

I think we really need an option to open a stored procedure as ALTER.. as you might already know you cannot just change the CREATE PROCEDURE to ALTER PROCEDURE , it doesnt work like that in MYSQL, you have to first drop the procedure and then create it... its kind of extra work writing the line to drop the procedure before pressing f5..
