ADS *still* provides Intellisense when I type comment prefixes (--)

I have reported this before, but the issue has not been resolved.

When I use comment line (--) intellisense will pop-up in an open document. This doesn't happen with newly created documents, only existing or already open (since restarting from sleep or hybernation).
