Snap package support

I was thinking in the install and setup could be improved for Ubuntu and other Linux distros by having a snap package version. If it's not a priority would you mind if I made the snap as a contribution?

@mikeroyal thanks for the suggestion. We're looking at improving the Linux acquisition experience. Unfortunately our internal rpm\deb publishing process is a bit cumbersome, which has been the cause of the delay getting that setup.

I haven't used snap before but we can certainly consider on-boarding if this is a popular package manager. If you'd like to publish as a contribution that would be great.

Well, VSCODE has a official snap package. Now we need Azure Data Studio too. :)
