[ALM Accelerator - BUG]: Pipeline Templates not being installed #9138

Describe the issue

Pipeline Templates are not being installed.

Recieved error:
An error occurred while loading the YAML build pipeline. File /Pipelines/export-solution-to-git.yml not found in repository

Expected Behavior

They should be installed

What component are you experiencing the issue with?

ALM Accelerator Pipelines

What solution version are you using?

1.0.20240305.1

Steps To Reproduce

Create a Project
Check "Install into new 'coe-alm-accelerator-templates' repository"
Add Service Connections
Click Next
Select Newly created project from list.
Pipeline templates won't have path as well as not created in the repo.

Anything else?

No response
