Expected Behavior

Parse Inventory Action for 5 Flows fails with error - Invalid Type. Expected String but got Null. It shouldn't have failed.

@johnvittneyk Thanks for reporting the issue. I suspect the issue might be due to recent changes in Power Pages and PVA. Here’s a high-level summary

  • Currently, the CoE Kit retrieves Power Pages details from the adx_websites table. However, this behavior has changed with the introduction of the Enhanced Data Model. I believe your environments might have the Enhanced Data Model enabled.
  • Similarly, PVA has undergone product changes with the transition to Copilot Studio.

We have added a backlog item to update the CoE flows based on these latest product changes. We will notify you once this enhancement is complete.
