app crash when calling RegisterDevicePresenceMonitoringAsync(…)

Hi,
We found a crash issue when registering Dynamic Lock on Windows 10 1709 update
Issue: app crash when calling RegisterDevicePresenceMonitoringAsync(…)
Steps:

1. Make sure below checkbox under Settings->Accounts->Sign-in options->Dynamic Lock is grayed out by remove any paired/connected Bluetooth devices.
   
2. Use the sample tool to setup CDF then click Register for Goodbye
   

This issue won't happen on Windows 10 1607 version or the checkbox is available.
