We are experiencing this now. Trying to pull an image from a server deployed in South Africa Cape Town region

Same issue from South Africa.

Eventually it fails with.

ERROR: failed to solve: failed to copy: read tcp 192.168.1.29:49784->204.79.197.219:443: read: connection reset by peer
