Python Debugger not showing NumPy array values after update - NOT resolved

Thanks for your issue report, as you can see in microsoft/vscode-python-debugger#135 we closed the issue because the solution had to be on debugpy side. We have to wait for debugpy to do a release to update our version of debugpy. When this is done I will comment on this issue.

Just as a background, where the confusion might come from:
on microsoft/vscode-python-debugger#135 (marked as closed) they will link to --> #1418 (marked as closed) they will link to --> #1408 (also marked as closed)
