Hash Sum mismatch w/Ubuntu 16.04 package repo

Apologies if this isn't the correct place to report this, but it appears the hash match is failing for the following two repositories:

E: Failed to fetch https://packages.microsoft.com/repos/microsoft-ubuntu-xenial-prod/dists/xenial/main/binary-amd64/Packages.gz  Hash Sum mismatch
E: Failed to fetch https://packages.microsoft.com/ubuntu/16.04/prod/dists/xenial/main/binary-amd64/Packages.gz  Hash Sum mismatch

I attempted to download the repo deb and run an update inside an ubuntu:16.04 docker container, as can be seen in this gist: https://gist.github.com/AustinSchoen/379e8a787aeda8243e940637de22247b

This must have happened recently as I was able to build images with this package late last week.

This was resolved on Dec 13. (dotnet/core#3995) I don't have permissions to close the issue though. 😄
