The runtime_kernel an aditional library cannot build with the new project?

Hello ebpf developer,
I create new project run executable testing by Catch2. The sample code below includes program_helper.h requires to add the library from libs\runtime_kernel project. The testing want to use the program_load_attach_helper_t class for load the ebpf object by reference from header file name program_helper.h

After click build for testing project an error show an incompleted build steps under the runtime_kernel project.

Have you followed the Development guide/instructions pre-requisite in https://github.com/microsoft/ebpf-for-windows/blob/main/docs/GettingStarted.md?

Can you please paste the WDK version that was installed? Please make sure only one WDK is installed.

I thought the WDK version 10.0.22621.0 already to install on wdk directroy C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Vsix\VS2022\10.0.22621.0. The image file included directory to installs the WDK from URL https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/download-the-wdk.

Additional information from Apps menu show an information about WDK version installed at Windows

BTW, I was created new project under tests directory and setting the library and include paths the same other project such as sample_ext_app. The new project under tests can build source code completed.
