Problems refreshing the page and FluentProgressRing

I have a page that loads cards and it does it well on the first load, also showing the progression indicator. The problem is when I choose to change data: the progress is not shown.

I used page routing by parameter, It doesn't work exactly as I would like but the solution is acceptable.
