Well, first i started with SPFx apps which could be made available in Teams by editing the Not really having an idea at the moment, i was triggered to participate to the fact that I want to learn more about Teams development. Other than that, I'm just letting it get to me for now, and thinking what I want to hack on. |

Like you noticed, there have been quite some advancements in this space: we can use SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to build for Teams and the latest version of the Teams Toolkit has been improved a lot too! I'd say give it all a try, and don't forget to pay attention to Build announcements 😇 |

ChatGPT and AI are certainly hot topics right now 🔥 I would recommend taking a look at Teams Toolkit for Visual Studio Code, it comes with a basic bot template to get you up and running fast in your development which would be a great starting point to then including Chat GPT, also keep an eye out on the announcements at Build next week 😉 |

Hi all! Rutger from The Netherlands joining the fun! I'm a developer working with all kinds of frontend tools (preferably React) and I love messing around with everything Azure has to offer. I'm not sure if full-stack is still a thing nowadays, but I don't enjoy focussing on one particular subject regarding IT. I want it all! I've built some Teams (and SharePoint webparts) apps before. But during this Hackathon I will be focussing on using techniques I haven't yet used (Hello MS Graph toolkit!). I already set up my sample project using the Teams toolkit extension in VSCode. I'm amazed with the progress. I remember having to set up everything from tunneling to manually importing all zip's and manifests and what not... This is cool! Regarding my hackathon project; I will be creating a Teams Tab and bot that work together (#Teamwork makes the #Dreamwork). I believe that when processes work together, you can do really awesome stuff. The project will focus on onboarding new employees into a company. Good luck everyone! |

Hey Everyone... I'm Brian, I'm the IT Director and "solo" IT person for a manufacturing company. And been in this "solo" position for 12 1/2 years. I am not a "developer" but a "Jack of All IT Trades" IT Pro. I have joined this challenge because I have a handful of people who finally want to move to Teams development and get away from spreadsheet purgatory. I've developed a few PowerApps that work with Teams/SharePoint and they are still in place today but looking forward to growing in Teams Development. |
