Describe your user scenario
After a user completes annotating / drawing on LiveCanvas / InkingManager, some developer scenarios involve uploading that drawing to an external service so it can be viewed elsewhere.
Describe the solution you'd like
An SVG export where the developer can export the drawing, where a developer can choose the min/max X and Y coordinates within the canvas to include, would be very helpful for rendering the drawing in any system Irregardless of web vs. native clients.
Describe alternatives you've considered
PNG export with screenshotting, though that doesn't work for all scenarios, nor does it scale well at any resolution
