Web Job Creation Fails

It seems that the commands that the scripts use to create the web jobs have been depreciated and fail with the following error:

New-AzureWebsiteJob : Request to a downlevel
service failed.

Has anyone had any experience in altering the scripts using the AzureRM commands (as there is no direct replacement for the old commands).
