Has anyone experienced the following issue. Deployment was seemingly successful but when accessing Matter Center Home I get the following error - "Error occurred while creating web part"

Is this a SharePoint version issue or something went wrong during deployment?

I can access this site:

But Matter Center Home doesn't work and I get the following error:

Check the site type where 'Matter Center Home' is, it has to be 'teams', not 'communication'
