Hi @FrancisFengbin, thanks for reaching out. Please help me to understand your request. Are you trying to find out how many of the structures generated by MatterGen have a match in your own personal reference dataset? Are you using the pre-trained model or one you trained yourself? Is it trained in the default way or in crystal structure prediction (CSP) mode?

Thank you for your reply@danielzuegner . Yes, I would like to find out how the generated results match with my own test dataset. I plan to use the model I trained myself, and it was trained in crystal structure prediction (CSP) mode. Thank you for your help!
