How to remove the Duplicate Milestone from Parent and Task in Gantt 2.2.3

Hi, I have a simple problem that is proving difficult to solve and need help.
in the Gantt chart when the Columns (Test) are collapsed I can see the progress bar together with the Milestones. However when I expand the collumns, the first Milestone which is in line with the Category name is appearing hence making it seem as if I have 4 Milestone yet I only have 3 Milestones.

I there a way I can only see the 3 Milestones? Preferaly when I expand I only see the 3 Milestones without seeing the Category Milestone. Oh is there a way I can change the color so that it is white or background color so that I dont see it.
